The petitioner is accused in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by the petitioner with the help of Munna Yadav. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, son of the informant has out raised the modesty of niece of the petitioner, on which, she lodged Paraiya P.S. Case No. 86 of 2016 due to that reason the present case has been lodged with false allegation. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29405 of 2017 (3) dt.14-07-2017 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gaya, in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
