The petitioner seeks bail in Samastipur (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 414/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was arrested along with Nageshwar Mahto and from possession of the petitioner one loaded countrymade pistol, live cartridges and stolen motorcycle were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 31.12.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for six months, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
