It is submitted that the petitioners would be filing appeal in the State Appellate Tribunal.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to move the State Appellate Tribunal.
Patna High Court CWJC No.132 of 2017(3) dt.04-12-2018 3/3 Needless to say that it will be open to the petitioners to raise the issue of pendency of this writ petition to meet the ground of delay before the State Appellate Tribunal. The State Appellate Tribunal will obviously consider the petitioners' claim and the objections.
