2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that from his possession a stolen motorcycle has been recovered.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. From bare perusal of the seizure list, it appears that the motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner rather it was recovered in front of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66116 of 2024(3) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 police station. On the basis of suspicion, he has been made accused in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 23.06.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nemdarganj P.S. Case No. 200 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
