2. Petitioner has applied for grant of regular bail in connection with a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Penal Code for snatching of a tractor. He has been implicated in the present case at the instance of co-accused Santu Kumar and remanded from another case also registered in connection with the same tractor in which he has already been granted bail. Besides the two cases there is a third case registered for the same tractor in which he has also been granted bail.

3. It is submitted that besides the three cases, there is no fourth case registered against the petitioner, so submitted Sri Shaukat Alam, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46218 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Barh, Patna in connection with Maranchi (Pachmahla) P.S. Case No. 05/14.
