2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 132, 324(4) and 326(b) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that 17 F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners and about 200 to 250 unidentified persons, obstructed the road by putting a

No.60471 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/3 dead body on it, forcibly closed the local shops, entered into premises of the police station and damaged the police station and vehicles and used criminal force and created hindrance in discharge of official duties of the police officials.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. Allegations are general and omnibus and no specific accusation of overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Petitioners claim clean antecedents.

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that they, along with other F.I.R. named accused persons and 200 to 250 unknown persons obstructed the road, forcibly closed the shop of local shopkeepers, entered into premises of the police station and damaged the police station and vehicles and created hindrance in discharge of official duties of the police officials.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the allegation that these petitioners took law in their hand, damaged police station and created hindrance in discharge of
