The petitioner being the wife of the elder brother of the husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 10.07.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently section 304B of the IPC was also added. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is not specific when the informant and the son of the informant have admitted that the information with regard to accident was given by the brother of the husband of

Considering the fact that the victim was given medical assistance, the information being given by the petitioner side to the informant and the petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 89 of 2014.
