The petitioner has been put under suspension vide Memo No. 908 dated 12.07.2018 in contemplation of departmental proceeding. Charges have been framed against the petitioner vide order dated 24.07.2018 and in that manner proceeding of inquiry has been initiated against him.

In such view of the matter, the concerned Authority is directed to conclude the inquiry proceeding within a period of six
