Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2016 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case on suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
