The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case no. 213 of 2019, registered under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 09.05.2019, the daughter of the informant had gone to grocery shop for purchasing the tea, but she did not return. In course of search, informant Rutal Devi came to know that her daughter has been kidnapped by Vikash Sharma, Vivek Sharma, Raunak Sharma, Renu Devi

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56346 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2019 2/2 and Sanjay Sharma boarding on the vehicle for the purpose of marriage.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, due to love affairs, the daughter of informant left her house, but with ulterior motive, the informant lodged the present case and implicated the petitioners, who are brothers and mother of Vikash Sharma. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Badadurpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
