The petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2019 in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire prosecution is mischievous and there is nothing on record to show that the petitioner had taken any steps for torturing the life of his wife. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall make himself available as and when required during the course of the trial.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59014 of 2019(3) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019.
