ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2014 in Manihari P.S.Case No.129/14 for the offences under Sections 341, 504, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the incident seems to have occurred on an altercation and there was no premeditation which led to the injury and the injury report indicates that the same was found grievous but he is said to have recovered.

Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46347 of 2014 (3) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dipak Kumar, J.M., 1st class, Katihar, in Manihari P.S.Case No.129/14.
