JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that he may be permitted to file a representation before the District Magistrate, Supaul to consider his grievance with respect to selection of respondent no. 7 for granting license in her favour for the Public Distribution Shop in Chunni Ward No. 7, Block Chhatapur, Sub-Division- Triveniganj, District- Supaul. Learned counsel for the State submits that in case the petitioner has any grievance with respect to grant of license of Public Distribution Shop to respondent no. 7, he has got remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Targeted P.D.S. Control Order,
