JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in Jadia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 for the offence under sections 323, 324, 307, 341, 354, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In paragraph-7 there is statement on behalf of the petitioner that the present case is a counter blast of Jadiya P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 which was lodged on behalf of the petitioner against the family members of the informant.

Having regard to the fact that there is case and counter case from both sides in relation to the same transaction and also considering the fact that the injury report as annexed at Annexure-2 indicates that the injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature, caused by hard blunt substance, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27669 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul, in connection with Jadia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, tamper with the evidence or influence the witnesses.
