2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for reviewing the order dated 23.01.2019 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Singh (as his Lordship then was) in C.W.J.C.No.

1369 of 2019, whereby and where the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.185 of 2021(3) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 Hon'ble Court has been pleased to dispose the matter vide order dated 23.01.2019.

3. The short order dated 23.01.2019 in C.W.J.C. No. 1369 of 2019 (Chhaya Mishra and Anr. vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.) read as follows:

Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, the President of the Advocates Association, Mr. Lalit Kishore, Chairman of the Bihar State Bar Council and other members of the Advocates' Association are present in the Court. It has been assured on behalf of the senior members of the Advocates' Association that the matter will be taken up in the General Body meeting of the Advocates' Association and the same will be resolved.

With the consent of the parties and assurance made on behalf of the members of the Bar, the present application stands disposed of.

4. The writ court disposed of the matter on the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.185 of 2021(3) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 assurance given by the then President of the Advocate Association as also the then Chairman of the Bihar State Bar Council and other members of the Advocate Association that the mater will be taken up in the General Body Meeting and shall be resolved.

5. Even then, the present review petition has been filed.

6. However, since there is no appearance, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
