Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No. 158 of 2016 registered under Sections- 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of abuse, mental torture and assault are general in nature. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.04.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
