The petitioner seeks bail in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 361 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 461, 414 and 361 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of inverter, battery and other electric articles. During course of investigation some stolen articles are said to have been recovered from the hut situated in the field of Master Saheb. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the hut does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 23.04.2017. No.28602 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, Saran at Chapra in Doriganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017.
