====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 379, 323, 354(B), 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner caught the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that coaccused Ramesh Yadav put towel around the neck of the informant and thereafter they snatched earring and cash.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Specific accusation is against co-accused Ramesh Yadav. It is further submitted that the alleged occurrence took place due to land
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61911 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 dispute between the parties. Present case is counter blast of Beldaur P. S. Case No. 17 of 2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P. S. Case No. 16 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
