The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Brahmpur(K.B.) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under Sections 20(6)(ii)(C), 27(A) and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act with regard to recovery of 600 Gram Ganja from the shop of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 22.08.2014.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Buxar, in connection with Brahmpur(K.B.) P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014.
