Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation in the FIR, accused persons, namely, Arvind Kumar Jaiswal and Dilip Jaiswal conspired and created a forged Panchnama of Batwara by forged signature of the complainant and got the land mutated in their names.

It is a case of civil nature and also submitted that the mutation order set aside in appeal and matter remitted back to the Circle Officer. The other co-accused getting privilege of anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1519 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
