The petitioner seeks bail in Bhargama P.S. Case No.19 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has not misappropriated any government money. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 24.01.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is Head Master of Primary School. The building as entrusted could not be completed due to disturbance and they undertake to complete it and provide details of fund utilized and submit accounts of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24999 of 2017 (2) dt.05-06-2017 expenditure and construction work.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No.19 of 2016.
