The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 461, 379, 411 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner along with other co-accused persons was found steeling the batteries of television tower. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.01.2017. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The other co-accused have been granted bail vide Anneuxre-2 series to the present application.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
