Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged that the marriage of her daughter was solemnized with son of petitioner five years before and she went to her matrimonial house but thereafter she was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of Rs. 50,000/- and a motorcycle and on 09.06.2019, the informant got information that her daughter has been killed by her husband and other family members and 3-4 unknown persons and her dead body had been concealed.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56523 of 2019(3) dt.03-12-2019 2/3 against her is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and she is old lady aged about 70 years and resides separately and is not concerned with the affairs of the deceased and his son. She is in custody since 10.06.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 134/2019, with following conditions:-

(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.

(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be properly represented on each and every date fixed by the court and shall remain physically present as directed by the Court and his absence on two consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond shall be cancelled by the court below.

(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the
