2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 350.250 liters illicit liquor was recovered from the car of this petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that huge quantity of illicit liquor has been recovered from the car of which this petitioner is a registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
