The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 595 of 2016 registered under Sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 5, 6 of POSCO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to share over the land. Further submission is that in this case, the complaint was filed after lapse of two months of the alleged occurrence.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25451 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Spl. Judge, POCSO, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 595 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
