JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 448, 307, 307, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on account of land dispute, the accused persons came to the house of the informant armed with Lathi and Farsa and they began to abuse the informant's brother Anirudh Sah and threatened to kill. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted Anirudh Sah on the head with Farsa. Mr. A. K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both sides are close relative and a compromise has arrived at between the parties.
