The Petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner has not committed any offence of cheating and forgery. The petitioner is in custody since, 16.02.2017, and has got no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
