2. Petitioner claims that he was appointed on regular basis with effect from 18.01.1988 under an office order issued by the Director, Rehabilitation and Land Acquisition, Bihar, Patna as Draftsman. It is his specific case that he had not been granted any regular promotion throughout his career till his retirement on attaining the age of superannuation in the year

Patna High Court CWJC No.18903 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 2015. It is the petitioner's case that he is entitled for 1st and 2nd ACP which was not granted to the petitioner.

3. It appears from the writ petition that after the petitioner retired in 2015, for the first time, he approached the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Food Safety Planning, Patna on 15.06.2019 claiming grant of ACP/MACP.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of at this stage itself with a direction to the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Food Safety Planning, Patna (respondent no. 7) to consider the petitioner's case for grant of ACP/MACP and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
