Petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No.162 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B, 201/34 Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Gaya.
Petitioner is husband of the deceased.
A report was called for from the Court below about the present stage of trial, which has been received. The Court below has submitted that after framing of Charge two witnesses have already been examined in the case.
In view of such, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25474 of 2017 (5) dt.22-09-2017 2/2 The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and make efforts to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
