The petitioner seeks bail in Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 188, 283, 337, 153A and 427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The groups were brick-batting against each other. The petitioner was identified as member of one of the groups. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the allegation is general and omnibus and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 05.04.2017. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25062 of 2017 (2) dt.06-06-2017 already been allowed bail by this Bench in Cr.Misc.No.24694 of 2017 vide order dated 30.05.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Nagar) P.S. Case No.200 of 2017.
