Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has retired from the post of Dafadar and he is entitled for payment of his genuine salary and retiral dues as well as pensionary benefit as like that of similarly situated persons. In this regard, petitioner has filed representation vide Annexures-1 and 1/1.

Petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before District Magistrate (Respondent no.3). The Collector/District Magistrate shall pass a reasoned order on the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16177 of 2022(2) dt.02-02-2023 2/2 same within six weeks upon production of the said order alongwith the copy of the writ petition.
