The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 412 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession or from his house. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 5.7.2021 and charge sheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation together with the petitioner having remained in custody for 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case no. 260 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M-I, Vaishali at Hajipur (Partha Sarthy, J) Prakash/- U
