This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Sections 365, 364, 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. only on the basis of suspicion and also from materials collected during the course of investigation, there is nothing in the petition except such suspicious and the petitioner is in custody since 09.06.2016.
Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49180 of 2016 (3) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 09.06.2016, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar P.S. Case No.80 of 2016.
