The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
Patna High Court CWJC No.16158 of 2015(2) dt.13-10-2023 2/3 "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondent authorities to deposit 9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs Only} which has illegally been withdrawn from the G.P.F. account of the petitioner by collusion and negligence of the respondents and other employees back in the G.P.F. account of the petitioner and to pay interest on the same at such rate which is applicable on such deposit and to make the such accumulated amount for withdrawal by the petitioner at her instance.
(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or a writ of mandamus or any other writ of the like nature thereby directing the respondent authorities to continue accumulating interest on the amount of 9,00,000/- {Rupees Nine ₹ Lakhs Only) by not treating the same as advance drawn by the petitioner."

The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits, upon proper instructions that a sum of Rs.11,82,824/- has already been deposited in the account of the petitioner on 04.04.2018 by a treasury challan, which has been produced before this Court and has been taken on record. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be so, then the petitioner is not having any grievance at

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
