That petitioners pray for a direction to the respondents authority to amend/revise the panel dated 30.07.2019, prepared in connection with Advertisement No. 01/2013-14 published by the office of the District Magistrate, Gaya for appointment of Group-IV Class employee, which has been finalized by the committee headed by the District Magistrate, Gaya; because three officers of the committee has not put the signature

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
