The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of Certiorari to quash and set aside the impugned Resolution bearing no. 10693 dated 12.06.2025 vide which departmental proceeding initiated against the Petitioner under Rule 17 of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005 and to restrain the respondents from taking coercive action pending conclusion of Vigilance Case No. 22A/18 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 17/2018 under

Patna High Court CWJC No.14631 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/2 Sections 7/12(2) read with and 12 (I)(d)/ 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act and Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate writ/ order(s)/ direction(s) in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and setting aside the Prapatra-Ka dated 21.01.2025.

3. In my opinion, this writ petition is premature and is, therefore, dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge if the result of the departmental proceeding goes against the petitioner.
