The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is of committing murder of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are in custody since 19.02.2017. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation

The petitioners are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case and on mere suspicion, they have been made accused in the present case.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017.
