2. The petitioner was appointed as Data Entry Operator on contractual basis by the Bihar State Electronics Development Limited (BELTRON) and was deputed at Buxar in the office of the District Transport Officer. On the allegation that he was found collecting illegal money, while discharging his duty as Data Entry Operator, he was taken into custody on 11.01.2019. He has subsequently been allowed bail by this Court by order dated 29.03.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 19199 of 2019.

3. It is the petitioner's grievance that his contract of appointment as Data Entry Operator has not come to an end nor

He has approached the Managing Director of BELTRON, making request to allow him to resume his duties. Though the request is said to have been made in May, 2019, it is the petitioner's grievance that no decision has been taken so far.

Without commenting on the petitioner's claim to resume his duties based on his contractual engagement, after having been released on bail, it is directed that let a decision be taken by the Managing Director, BELTRON within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on the petitioner's request made through his letter dated 16.05.2019, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-4 to the writ application.
