The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 353 of 2014 registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the aforesaid case, the petitioner is named in the FIR. There is direct and specific allegation in the FIR that the petitioner and others committed dacoity in night and looted the informant after tying his hands with towel.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
