Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR relates to an occurrence of murder of the brother of the informant. Two persons were apprehended while fleeing and co-accused Ajit disclosed that Saddam had committed the murder.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. However, during investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired that due to some dispute relating to narcotic drugs, the petitioner was also involved in the murder.

No.24921 of 2017 (3) dt.29-06-2017 2/2 evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/successor Court in connection with Siwan Town Police Station Case No. 693 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
