The instant application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (SJ) no.1438 of 2017 which stood dismissed on 25.8.2018 due to non-compliance of the preemptory order dated 18.8.2018.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the defects pointed out by the office in Cr. Appeal (SJ) no.1438 of 2017 shall be removed within four weeks of normal/physical functioning of the Court commencing.
