2. The President of the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust as per the requirement of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act in consultation with the members of the Board is directed to request the Deputy Superintendent of Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.13786 of 2023 dt.04-01-2024 2/2 concerned, having jurisdiction over the Mansher and Kumna Maths, situated in P.S. Kopa, District Saran to submit a report recommending the names of the eleven (11) respectable persons of the area for constitution of permanent trust committee, which may take steps to appoint the Mahanth of the Kabirpanthi Math.

3. The Deputy Superintendent of Police must not be influenced by anyone in any manner considering that he has to do a pious duty for the almighty.

4. The above exercise is required to be done within a period of six weeks, so that the affairs of the two Maths may not remain unmanaged.

5. With aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
