2. The petitioner was appointed as a Programmer on contractual basis by the Bihar State Electronics Development Limited ( BELTRON) and was deputed at Buxar in the Office of the District Transport Officer. On the allegation that he was found collecting illegal money, while discharging his duty as Programmer, he was taken into custody on 11.01.2019. He has subsequently been allowed bail by this Court by order dated 04.04.2019 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 20953 of 2019.

3. It is the petitioner's grievance that his contract of appointment as Programmer has not come to an end nor any

He has approached the Managing Director of BELTRON, making request to allow him to resume his duties. Though the request is said to have been made in May, 2019, it is the petitioner's grievance that no decision has been taken so far.

Without commenting on the petitioner's claim to resume his duties based on his contractual engagement, after having been released on bail, it is directed that let a decision be taken by the Managing Director, BELTRON within one one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on the petitioner's request made through his letter dated 15.05.2019, which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-4 to the writ application.

5. This application stands disposed of.
