2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. For issuance of an order(s) / direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of writ of Mandamus directing the concerned Respondent Authorities to make the payment of the Officiating allowances, T.A. bills, Gratuity and Encashment Benefits of the Privilege Leaves to the Petitioner which have not been paid to him even after the passage of much time after his resignation. And/or II. For issuance of further order(s) / direction(s) or writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus directing the concerned Respondent Authorities to make the payment of all other associated funds & benefits and any other dues amount to the Petitioner which have not been paid to him till date where he was entitled for all such payments. And/or III. For issuance of any further order(s) / direction(s) or writ(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for fulfillment of the grievances, the petitioner has filed representation several times through e-mail, but on his representation for payment, no decision has been taken by the

3/4 respondent no.4.

Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Gramin Bank (earlier Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank) submits that the petitioner may be directed to file a fresh representation demanding his entire dues which he is claiming, on which the General Manager, Bihar Gramin Bank, earlier Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank, Patna Bihar shall take decision within a fixed period of time.

In the light of the submissions made, the petitioner is hereby directed to file a fresh representation through e-mail as well as through speed-post along with a copy of this order to the General Manager, Bihar Gramin Bank, earlier Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank, Patna Bihar (Respondent no. 4), within 30 days from today. Upon receipt of the same, the Respondent no. 4 shall decide the petitioner's fresh representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.

6. It goes without saying that the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be paid within the said period in his account which he will describe in his representation. At the time of passing reasoned order, the Respondent no. 4 shall fully describe the entitlement or non-entitlement of his payment in accordance with law.

7. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
