Petitioner seeks bail in Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No.24 of 2017 for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this. The petitioner is not named in the FIR and was arrested merely on suspicion. Moreover, nothing incriminating was recovered either from the physical possession of the petitioner or from his house and the petitioner is in custody since 03.02.2017. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26197 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 bail.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Madhubani (Town) P.S.
