The petitioner complains of irregularities in the voter-list prepared for the Parewa Primary Agriculture Credit Cooperative Society in the district of East Champaran. That the election has already taken place in the year 2014, the issue raised in this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19593 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2016 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Should the petitioner be aggrieved by the irregularities complained of in the next election he shall be at liberty to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
