JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-06-2026 After some argument, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court for payment of retiral benefits of her husband, however, in absence of service book, the period of appointment of the petitioner's husband with effect from 10.07.1968 till 30.11.2002 has not been taken into account while calculating the retiral benefits in absence of service book. For redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has filed representation before the Transport Commissioner, Ranchi (Jharkhand) as well as other authorities, but to no avail.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.2 with a categorical assertion that all the due amount has been paid to the petitioner.

3. At this juncture, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition to pursue the remedy by filing a fresh representation before the authorities concerned.

4. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach before the concerned authority by filing a detailed representation.

5. In case, such representation is filed before the concerned authority, the same shall be looked into and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.
