JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 The writ application stands disposed of with a direction upon the Managing Director that since the husband of the petitioner died on 18.06.2012, it will be a case treated as premature retirement for all practical purposes and all the legitimate dues of the husband of the petitioner must be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order. So far as arrears of salary is concerned, there is already a Division Bench direction for payment in chronological order.
Writ is disposed of in terms of the above.
