JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file appeal against the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj whereby and whereunder the P.D.S. license of the shop of the petitioner has been cancelled. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Clause 32 of the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System Control Order, 2016 and in case such an appeal is filed within two weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation and dispose of the same within a period of 18 weeks from today.
