The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 356, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegedly, it is a case of snatching chain and cash a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- from the informant. There is also allegation of firing against the other accused person, namely, Dharmendra Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

No.71228 of 2021(3) dt.26-09-2022 2/2 further submits that the specific allegation of opening fire is against co-accused Dharmendra Kumar and the allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus as well as there is no recovery of the stolen article from the possession of the petitioners.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Payal Singhla, Patncity, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 236 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
